AI scoring libraries



SQN is a people-tech startup from Switzerland operating in predictive behavioural analytics. Combining behavioural science and AI, they assist large scale strategic and cultural change in enterprise businesses.

I was part of a newly established product team to help redesign and develop their enterprise solution with an emphasis on scalability and GDPR compliancy.

For this project, I had to create a simple and efficient way of recreating the AI scoring structures and re-mapping their items while ensuring scoring was consistent across platforms.
